What is your return policy on furniture and decor?
We accept returns on most decor items within 30 days of delivery. However, please note that custom furniture, lighting, and final sale items are non-returnable due to their bespoke nature.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
In-stock items typically ship within 5-7 business days. For larger furniture pieces requiring White Glove Delivery, please allow 4-6 weeks for transit and scheduling.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. Shipping rates and delivery timelines vary based on the destination and the size of the items ordered.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
To ensure fast delivery, we begin processing orders immediately. You may cancel an order within 24 hours of placement; after this window, the order cannot be modified.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
Please inspect your delivery immediately. If an item arrives damaged, contact our customer service team within 48 hours with photos of the damage and the packaging to initiate a replacement.

White Glove Delivery is a premium service for oversized furniture where a professional team will deliver the item to your room of choice, perform light assembly, and remove all packaging materials.
